With the advent of technological advancement in communication, the community must then reach the police in the fastest mode of communication in crime reporting for faster police response system. Aside from the regular landline available for the public in reaching the Police Station, one (1) cellular phone donated by the Local Government of Dagupan City is being utilized intended for accepting text messages from the public in reporting crime related concerns.

SIGNING OF MOA WITH COMMUNICATION GROUPS / NON GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS
As partners in Anti-Criminality Campaign, this Station entered into Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs) and Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs) with our existing Force Multipliers in AOR. This was done yearly by the Force Multipliers as their expression and willingness as partners in crime reporting, surveillance / monitoring, prevention and suppression as well as environmental protection and civil defense programs of the PNP.

Short of PNP Personnel, these force multipliers are being organized, mobilized and utilized during special events being celebrated / observed in the City of Dagupan.


MOBILIZATION OF FORCE MULTIPLIERS IN ANTI – CRIMINALITY OPERATIONS
Due to manpower problems due to lack of PNP Personnel assigned in this Stations, several force multipliers were tapped as partners of the PNP in the Anti-Criminality Campaign being implemented in AOR. These include:

SALAAM POLICE - ORGANIZATION OF MUSLIM LEADERS
With the presence of Muslim community in AOR, this Station together with the Dagupan City Association of Muslim Advisory Council headed by Mangontawar Milan Sultan discussed the organization of Salaam Police. The Salaam Police shall serve as its main link with the PNP thereby harmonizing working relationship especially in crime prevention and anti-terrorism campaign.


HOTLINE 166
Police response time depends mainly on how fast information are received by the Station. With this, two communication links were created to make accessibility to the Police Station faster and easier. Hotline 166 was activated through Digitel and PLDT lines to accept emergency calls from the public on a 24 -hour basis. Both access links were installed at the Tactical Operations Center (TOC).

“SOLAR TAYO, LINISAN TAYO” (BAKOD NATIN, LINISAN NATIN)
A peaceful and orderly community is the ideal environment of everyone. In response to growing problem on environmental concerns, education plays a vital role. This Station spearheaded a project dubbed as “Solar Tayo, Linisan Tayo” (Bakod Natin Linisan Natin) in CY 2003. As a continuing activity, consultation with the Department of Education, City Government of Dagupan, Brgy. Officials, Youth Sector, Religious Sector and Business Sector is being undertaken by this Station to continuously implement this significant project thus promoting cleanliness among the community.


“DEMO FARM” PROJECT
The Guluyan Ni PGMA which is located at the Police Community Precinct VI, Bonuan Tondaligan, this city was chosen as pilot area by then PCSUPT LEOPOLDO N BATAOIL, RD PRO1 with the conf ormity of HON. ALIPIO F FERNANDEZ JR, City Mayor and PSUPT DIONICIO C BOROMEO (DSC) concurrent COP of Dagupan City Police Station. The concept of the project is to produce different variety of plants producing seedlings such as pichay, eggplant and others shall be distributed to the different barangays of Dagupan City whose constituents meager income is below bottom line.


FEEDING PROGRAM
Aside from the community involvement in the field of assistance and development this station had tied up with will known Philanthropists in the person of Mr. Ashok Vasadani, President of Indian National in the City and come of Project dubbed as Adopt a Children” in support to the Impact Project of this station Feeding Program to the indigenous children in the city. To date a total of one thousand five hundred (1,500.00) children were cater and feed from the thirty one barangay of Dagupan City.


“PULIS KO, TITSER KO”
The concept of the “Pulis Ko, Titser Ko“ to make use of Police Personnel as substitute teacher without compensation in order to provide a solution to the problem of lack of teachers and likewise provide security services within school premises. In addition, pupils are expected to develop a friendly relationship with the PNP volunteers wherein it provides a good experience to children who would not normally have opportunity to meet a police officer inside a classroom.


“BATANG MAHIRAP, EDUKASYON MO, SAGOT KO”
This station was launched a project “Batang Mahirap, Edukasyon Mo, Sagot Ko, which aim to adopt as beneficiaries of at least three indigenous children aging seven (7) who are enrolled in grade one and to shoulder their school expenses. In line with the campaign on mal nutrition program of the national government and the PNP, this station has participated/conducted supplemental feeding program to the different barangays to include street children in the city.


MAY WANTED ITAWAG MO (REWARD SYSTEM)
This station has fully implemented local version of the project called “kung may wanted, itawag mo” wherein listed 10 most wanted persons citywide shall have a head price of P5,000.00 each to be given to informants who could give info on the whereabouts of the suspects. This project is funded by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce.


STREET LIGHTING OF CRIME PRONE AREAS
This station coordinated with the LGUs and Dagupan City Electric Corporation to install street lights to identified crime prone areas to maximized crime prevention efforts to minimize crime incidents.


COUNCIL OF COMMUNITY LEADERS
This station enjoins the involvement and participation of Community Leaders in the different activities in the city particularly on the ongoing programs and projects of the DCPS with acronym AID as shown on the screen.
